BOOKING POLICIES

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total.

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Remaining balances can be paid by cash or card.

• E-transfers are not accepted. Card payments are subject to a service fee.

LATE POLICY

• A 10-minute grace period is provided.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late incur a $10 late fee.

• Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation unless prior communication has been made.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling.

• Changes made within 48 hours will result in deposit forfeiture.

• A new deposit is required to secure future bookings.

• All appointment changes must be made through the booking platform at least 48 hours in advance.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• Missing your appointment without prior communication is considered a no-show.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to the no-show policy.

• No-show appointments are charged 100% of the booked service.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Brow Lamination & Waxing

• Discontinue active skincare ingredients (AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide, retinol, etc.) 5–7 days before your appointment.

• If using tretinoin, discontinue for at least 4 weeks beforehand.

• If taking Accutane, consult your prescribing healthcare professional before booking.

• Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and spray tans for at least 7 days before your appointment.

Eyelash Services

• Avoid caffeine before your appointment, if possible.

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.

• Complete the consent form sent with your confirmation message before arriving.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

Brow Lamination & Waxing

• Keep the treated area dry for 24 hours.

• Avoid touching or rubbing the area for 24 hours.

• Avoid workouts, saunas, and excessive sweating for 24 hours.

• Avoid active skincare ingredients on the area for 2–3 days.

• Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for 24 hours.

Eyelash Services

• Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours, following your technician’s aftercare instructions.

• Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.

• Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe shampoo.
